Aztec Packaging

Uniplas has made plastic moulded parts for over 10 years in NSW, Australia. They offer plastic fabrication and moulding up to 850 Ton and also make products such as Solar Tubes.
Gyro

For more than 3 decades, Australian owned ABC has specialised in the custom moulding of plastic bottles and closure systems from 10ml to 3 liters, for the pharmaceutical and personal care industries. They operate a purpose-built, 3,000 sq m facility in Victoria, Australia.
Viscount
Viscount has been making materials handling products and rigid wall plastic packaging in NZ since the 1960’s. Their materials handling products (bins, crates) are multi-trip and/or multi-use and when defunct, can be recycled as raw material for plastics production. Viscount are part of Pact Group.
DairyFlo
A division of Polymer Systems International, DairyFlo manufactures accessories for dairy shed milking systems in Napier, NZ. They make milk liners, cups, tubing, shells, mats – cost effective accessories that keep the dairy shed running smoothly and hygienically.
PMG Engineering
Based in Victoria, Australia, PMG Engineering make safety syringes, point of sale, product merchandising, pet products and compost bins.
Packtech
Packtech uses injection and extrusion moulding to make nutraceutical, industrial and food packaging at their Canterbury, NZ facility. They offer in mould labelling and Pack Tech’s production facility is a certified critical hygiene facility and is an approved food safe provider.
United Plastics
Founded in 1980 and based in Sydney, Australia, United Plastics manufacture over 4,000 polythene consumables. Products include, garment bags, courier bags and pallet bags.
PCA
In business since 1972, PCA make nylon and PE pipe, pipe transitions and fittings, ball valves, joints, brackets and gas fittings. They also contract manufacture at their 7000 sq m injection moulding and extrusion facility in Sydney, Australia.
Kaipak
Based In Ashburton, New Zealand Kaipak’s clients are boutique and artisan food, honey and nutraceutical manufacturers. Kaipak call themselves Plastic Jar Masters because they have created their own pet jar design for their clients.
Lane Plastics
Lane Plastics are a custom plastic injection moulder who manufacture over 450 products for NZ, Australia and the Pacific. Products include plastic track markers, plant stakes, levelling guides, hand knobs and retail, office and industrial components.
Gallagher
An icon of NZ innovation, Gallagher manufacture animal management, security and fuel systems and offer contract manufacturing solutions. They use AspectPL to manage production in their injection moulding facility.
Corex
Corex manufactures multiwall and solid sheet products for industrial signage and packaging applications. Corex operates a modern manufacturing facility in Dandenong, Melbourne.
Fletcher Insulation
Fletcher Insulation manufactures insulation for residential homes, commercial buildings and HVAC applications from their Dandenong, Melbourne factory.
Nautech Electronics
Nautech manufactures electronic, electro-mechanical assemblies and turnkey projects. Adept
Known for designing and manufacturing its own range of award winning meat processing and medical device products, Adept also offers contract injection moulding manufacturing at their Auckland, NZ plant.
Cospak
Cospack uses AspectPL in both their NZ and Australian plants. They offer clean room production and extrusion, blow and injection moulding capabilities to make flexible and rigid packaging including the patented SBC tamper evident closure system.
Jakaar
With over 32 years plastic engineering experience in NZ, Jakaar uses injection moulding to manufacture wheels and components, marine trailer accessories and ground stabilization matting.
AMEC Plastics
Australian owned and operated Amec Plastics has been operating for over 30 years from the Gold Coast in Queensland. They do general injection moulding and also make bottle caps, thin wall food containers and engineered products such as power and surge protectors and roller shutter accessories.
Roblan
Roblan offers injection moulding to 650 ton capacity for thermoplastics, polypropylene and polyethylene. They also manufacture engineered press metal stamped components at their plant in Ingleburn, New South Wales, Australia.
Uniplas NZ
Able to handle both large and small runs, Uniplas can produce parts from under a gram to over 4 kgs in Wellington, NZ. They use precision plastic moulding to make electrical components, food and storage containers, bag handles and gravity feed merchandising products.
Power Plastics
Part of the Pact group, Power Plastics NSW, Australian plant manufactures rigid plastic moulded containers. They use extrusion and stretch blow moulding to make containers from low density polyethylene (LDPE & HDPE), Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
IP Plastics
Part of the Maisey Group, IP Plastics manufacture horticultural supplies, furniture, fittings and homeware products. 85% of their products are made from recyclable polypropylene in South Auckland, NZ.
PackIt
Based in Dunedin, NZ, PackIt make injection moulded plastic containers for food products. They use number 5 polypropylene plastic which is one of the most versatile and recyclable plastics available. Customers include premier NZ shellfish, honey and ice cream manufacturers and supermarket own brands.
PPL Plastics Solutions
PPL manufacture all their products at their factory in Hamilton, New Zealand. They offer both injection moulding and plastic profile extrusion and PPL is the largest supplier of dry glazing products in New Zealand.
