Our flagship product, AspectPL is a real-time, enterprise level product with considerable capability across many functional areas such as work scheduling, production monitoring and data collection. The system reports on OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) as a measure of overall machine and factory productivity. AspectPL has been developed, in conjunction with user companies, into a fully featured product which is very easy to use.

To date sales and marketing has been successfully focused on the plastics industry however the product is very suitable for most discrete manufacturing businesses, i.e. filling lines, die casting and pharmaceuticals, where standard processes and production rates are utilised to achieve best practice results.

The product is now installed in a number of countries worldwide.
